Exchange & Return Policy

Under what conditions can I exchange/return?
Our quality control is improved from time to time to ensure you got the best item on your doorstep. We even double-checked the items before we ship them. However we couldn't avoid some human errors that might happen and missed by our team. Whilst we hope these things won't happen to you, you may return/exchange under these conditions:
  1. We sent you wrong item / wrong color / wrong size.
  2. The items have defect on it (fabric defect, holes, permanent stain).
Please take note that you can't exchange if it's your order fault (for example, you order size S for skirt, but apparently it doesn't fit. We don't accept exchange/return for that). Make sure you check all measurement and other details before you place your order.


How long can I claim my exchange and how long it will be processed?
You can exchange within 14 days after your purchase. So make sure you check everything right after you received your package. We will process your exchange/return as soon as we are in touch.


Is return/exchange free of charge?
Yes. We will also cover the shipping fee for defect or wrong item.



What if the item I want to exchange is not available (sold
out)?

We will offer you to return the item to us and we'll refund your money.



What are the steps to return/exchage?
  1. If you find your item has defect of different from what you order, simply contact us.
  2. Wait for our response. We will reach you very soon.
  3. You will need to send the items to us first. After we receive yours, we will send a new item along with the shipping fee attached inside.
  4. We only accept exchange/refund once, considering we don't make mistake twice toward same customer.
