How to order?
It's quite simple. You just need to follow the steps until you finished, and wait. We will send your order invoice right after you made your order. You may want to check not only your inbox, but your junk/spam folder as well.


How is your sizing? Do you receive custom order for plus size?

Most of our items come in one size. But there are few models (mostly skirts) have sizes S and M.
Our items are ready stocks, and we do not receive custom orders for now.


What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer (BCA and Mandiri) and Paypal.


The item I'm interested in is out of stock. Will you restock?
Can I put my name on the waiting list?
We will restock the item depends on some factors:
  1. It is still very high in demand.
  2. We still have the fabric needed to restock the same model.
  3. We may restock the same model with different fabric or color.
If we are positive that we'll restock the items, you'll be able to put your name on waiting list and we will notify you first when it is ready.

Do you ship worldwide?  How much is the cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost depends on your location.


After I confirm my payment, will you ship the items on the
same day?

We ship our customers' orders every working days (Monday-Friday), at 3 PM. We will ship your order on the same day if you confirm your order before 12 PM. After that, we will ship your order on the next working day.


When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders are usually estimated 1-5 days to arrive, while international order are estimated 5-10 days to arrive. Take note we only ship your order on working days (Monday-Friday), and there are some factors that might cause the late arrival of your order (weather, public holiday, your location from ours, etc.)


How do I track my order?

Each order has tracking ID. If you need to track your order, you may contact us for further assistance.
